Propylene glycol or PG is a runny and thin liquid that can carry the flavor pretty well. It is responsible for the throat hit that is caused by the vaping liquids. It is due to its ability to carry the flavor efficiently, the e-liquid are mixed with PG before the addition of other fluids.
